We do have a minimum of 12 pieces per artwork. Therefore, if you have 2 artwork designs, you will need to have 12 pieces PER design.
Our standard turn-around time is 10 business days (not including shipping). If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, be sure to notify your sales representative at the time your order is placed.
In the event that you require new artwork to be created for your order, there is a $40/hour art charge for your artwork to be created. This is a ONE TIME fee. Once we have your artwork on file, you won’t be charged an art fee for a re-order using this same artwork.
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork to be compatible with Embroidery Machines. This is also a ONE TIME fee of $50.
In some cases when placing an order for embroidery, you may be required to pay a $40 art charge in addition to a digitizing fee of $50.
Sublimation is the process of a substance (ink) transferring from the solid to the gas phase, without entering the liquid phase. This is achieved by applying controlled amounts of heat and pressure using a “rolling” heat press.
“Dye”-Sublimation simply relates to the process of dyeing colored ink to white fabric, leaving a permanent and colorful finished product.
Our dedicated sales representatives will be able to iron out the details for you, but to help speed up the quote/ordering process, think about these ahead of time:
- The quantity of your order.
- A size breakdown of any apparel that needs to be ordered.
- Prepared artwork (See our section on preparing your own artwork).
- Choose your apparel ahead of time for quickest pricing and have any Style #s available (you can view our catalog online HERE).
- Be prepared for a 50% deposit on your order (required).

Our standard turn-around time for our services is 2 weeks. If you have a deadline that is sooner, we’ll do our best to meet it and expedite your order process (additional rush charges may occur).
